Bayerischer Löwe

On June 1-3 our competitors traveled to Haldenwang, Germany to compete in the international competition called, the Bayerischer Löwe. The weekend was full of dancing, beautiful weather and gemütlichkeit! On Saturday, June 2nd, we had dancers compete in both the Einzel (individual) and Gruppen (group) categories. We are proud to announce that our Einzel participants Adam Hetzel and Brittany Dunlap finished 6th and 17th respectively, in their age group. Our Gruppen team finished in 5th place overall! We are continuously impressed with the dedication of all our members, and are honored to have the opportunity to compete along such a talented group of individuals. Only a few months until the next Gruppen team bands together again to start practicing for the 2019 Gaufest in Washington, D.C.!
